Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip
So, the original recipe called this chocolate chip cookie dip but it really does not taste like chocolate chip cookies at all. It still tastes amazing but tastes more like cheesecake, which makes sense since the main ingredient is cream cheese.
By now, you know how much I love dips! Dips are pretty much my favorite thing ever. So, I felt I needed to add a dessert dip recipe the mix. Like I mentioned above, the name of the recipe included chocolate chip cookie in it so I went into this recipe thinking it would takes like a bowl full of cookie dough. Well…it doesn’t but it is still delicious! Also, I almost think it would taste better with some cherry pie or strawberry pie filling on top, or mixed in, than the chocolate chips. If anyone tries it that way, let me know.
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 teas of Vanilla
Graham Crackers for dipping
Mix all ingredients. Serve with graham crackers. Enjoy!
